If you are travelling to our trade fair from a country whose citizens require a visa for Germany, you will need an official letter from Schall Trade Fairs.
In order for us to formulate this letter as precisely as possible, you must provide us with various details. Please send us an e-mail to fakuma@schall-messen.de or a fax to +49-7025-9206-620 with the following information:
Your complete name and address (first name, family name)
The number of your passport
Your date and city of birth
The name und complete address of the company you work for
As soon as we receive your data we send you the official letter. Please send a copy of it to the nearest German consulate in your country where you apply for a visa as soon as possible.
Would you please inquire about the entry requirements applying to you (e.g. visa requirements) sufficiently in advance before you come to the trade fair. Would you also please carry out the necessary formalities yourself. Schall Trade Fairs will accept no responsibility if you do not receive a visa or do not receive it on time, or if you are unable to travel to the fair due to other reasons.
