3D-IsoForm Werkzeug
We will be presenting a 3D-printed IsoForm tool at our stand at the Nonnenmann company.
Joint project: Turtle
We present a sustainable sandwich solution that is produced with an energy-efficient IsoForm injection molding tool. This enables a high surface quality on the outside and the use of recycled material on the inside. The internally insulated IsoForm interchangeable tools are compared with the previous EuroNorm tools in terms of function, energy efficiency and sustainability.
This joint project includes contributions from Contura MTC, Simpatec, KraussMaffei, Formconsult and Konstruktionsbüro Hein. It shows how successful cooperation can be put into practice. KraussMaffei developed a 2K injection molding machine especially for the “Turtle” project.

The live mold will be demonstrated at the KraussMaffei booth A7-7303 in hall 7.
