New rotary A-C servo axis version 2020
Automated processes, maximum flexibility and more efficiency are increasingly called for – a trend very early recognized by WITTMANN. The company has won renown especially in the area of extra servo axes for robots. The B servo axis most frequently in demand was already adapted a considerable time ago in such a way that it could be integrated into the vertical tubes of most robot models. Thus no additional space is required in the demolding area, and in the vertical direction it has been limited to a mere 50 mm. Now WITTMANN is presenting another revision of its additional robot axes: a new version of the rotary A-C servo axis.

PRIMUS 48/48T robot
In 2018, WITTMANN presented for the first time a PRIMUS robot with a movable X axis. The PRIMUS 26/26T introduced then combined the advantages of two appliances and made it possible to install PRIMUS solutions on injection molding machines with up to 900 t clamping force. Now the series is being extended once more with the PRIMUS 48/48T as the latest model.

The new TEMPRO plus D M120 temperature controller
In 2019, the pressurized TEMPRO plus D M100 temperature controller quickly established itself on the market with impressive sales figures. Following the introduction of this unit, targeted market research revealed a similarly great demand for a directly cooled pressurized appliance of the same size. The secret of WITTMANN’s success lies in the development of need-oriented innovative products in line with the market, so the company decided to respond to the call and fulfill its customers’ wish for a corresponding directly cooled pressurized model. On the traditional date for the Fakuma trade fair, WITTMANN will now present its new, directly cooled TEMPRO plus D M120, in a single-circuit as well as a dual-circuit version. The latter is the first directly cooled dual-circuit appliance from WITTMANN.

M8 network control for central material handling systems
User-friendliness and functionality of control systems are a top priority for WITTMANN. With the revision of the current M7-IPC control system, the CAN-bus-based M8-IPC network control system has been introduced. It simplifies the administration of complex installations and shows a clear display of every appliance in modern design.

CARD – small dryers with a great effect
The new compressed air dryers from the CARD series have been an integral part of the WITTMANN product portfolio since April 1 of this year. The first few months have shown that, in spite of the great variety of different models and sizes, three types of appliances have become particularly popular. These are the sizes CARD 6G/FIT, CARD 10S and CARD 20S.
