VARIOMASTER – the smart drawer solution for cleaning of components

KIST + ESCHERICH launches a compact solution for non-contact cleaning of small and medium-sized components: the VARIOMASTER. Parts are loaded by an operator or by a handling system an unloaded again after cleaning. The integrated cleaning system TAIFUN-CLEAN ensures non-contact removal of particle contamination by combining electrostatic discharge, compressed air cleaning and suction in one system. A constant cleaning quality is achieved by a defined cycle.
Various designs and configurations are available depending on the size of the components. Individual adjustments to the respective component geometry are made via component-specific part holders and cleaning heads as well as adjustments in the system control.

KIST + ESCHERICH live premiere of its new joining technology

hyJOIN – New technology for thermal direct joining of metal with plastics

KIST + ESCHERICH will be presenting its new technology for thermal direct joining of metal with plastic for the first time and live on their show booth. The joining technology marketed under the product name hyJOIN enables quick and reliable metal-thermoplastic joining without the need of any additional material, making it a smart alternative to adhesive bonding. As both spot and media-tight joints can be produced, the process can be flexibly adapted to a wide range of assembly tasks in automotive & mobility, electronics and medical technology sectors. The hyJOIN system solutions will be offered as modular joining components as well as joining stations for automated assembly and integration in production lines.
