ROLF SCHLICHT GmbH - RS MULTICUT Cutting machines - type MC NG rotary cutter


The entire product range of the RS MULTICUT cutting machines from ROLF SCHLICHT GmbH has been completely revised and partly completely redesigned.
The field of application for the systems is the production range of plastic and rubber extrusion for the production of hoses, pipes, profiles, strips from the smallest diameter ranges down to less than 1 mm in medical technology up to pipes with a diameter of approx. 100 mm. But all other cutting jobs are also possible, from confectionery to sliding strips.
The systems work in the extrusion line or outside the line and are adapted to the wishes and needs of the customers in order to achieve the best possible effectiveness.

The MC NG is a rotary cutter for the precise cutting of soft and semi-hard extrudates up to diameters of 25 - 100 mm. The product is passed through two quickly exchangeable cutting bushes, each equipped with a monitoring sensor. The speed depends on the selected product length, the cutting speed of the cutting blade and the line speed, which can be up to 200 m / min. The position of the rotating knife is continuously monitored by the controller. It accelerates to max. cutting speed for cutting, which means a minimum blocking time of the product at max. cutting energy. Cutting frequencies of up to 3,000 cuts / min can be achieved. Depending on the profile being cut and the hardness of the material different cutting blades are used.
The MC NG can be made of stainless steel or FDA-compliant and can be supplied for dry and wet cutting.
The machine is equipped with a Lenze control and guarantees optimal length precision. All process parameters can be entered using a swiveling panel.
The rotary cutter can optionally be delivered movable so that it can be used in the production line quickly and without great set-up effort.
