Plastics are important and indispensable valuable materials in many industries. But what happens to them at the end of their life span? Recycling and bringing them back into the material cycle is easier said than done. In fact, more circular plastic is more expensive than new virgin material and often of unclear origin and quality. While consumers and legislators demand more sustainability from the plastics industry, the global recyclate market remains small-scale and confusing - there is often a lack of economic arguments for a real switch. With Cirplus, we have created a B2B platform that makes the procurement of circular plastics easier, more transparent and more cost-efficient than ever before. We network disposal companies, recyclers and manufacturers worldwide and lay the foundation for a closed plastic loop with digitization, standardization (see DIN SPEC 91446) and AI.

With our services, we address the very individual challenges of the market: How do you ensure not just one-time matchin, but a permanent, resilient supply chain? And how do we manage to create transparency about the traded goods and ensure their continuous quality? How can we use the possibilities of AI to bring order to material flows?

One thing is clear: without digitization and AI, there will be no scalable circular economy.
