Planning and stearing in the mold & die industry seems to be in an endless loop. Requirements for planning processes are similar from organization to organization. The tools all offer comparable solutions.
Only: hardly any company is really satisfied. Neither are the planning processes lean, nor are the planning-tools in use to any great extent, mostly because they are simply too complex, rigid or cumbersome to use.
