High-quality coating for Plastics Industry
With our coating processes hard chrome and electroless nickel we extend the technical properties of machine components and protect them against corrosion and wear. The operating time is extended and downtimes are reduced. In addition to excellent wear protection, the hard chrome coating is characterised by its anti-adhesive properties, which prevent plastic from "sticking" or "caking".
Our fixture construction combines over 65 years of experience in anode technology with modern CAD software and 3D printing technology to create the optimum fixture based on the technical drawing. This enables us to coat components with complex geometries, such as extrusion and mixing screws, in a high quality and uniform manner.
In combination with our mechanical processing we use our know-how especially for the regeneration of worn components. We thus offer a time-saving, economical and above all a resource-saving alternative to a new acquisition.
