INJECTION MOULDS AND MOULDING & ROTARY TABLES
Since more than 30 years, CS PLASTIC has been designing and constructing moulds for high-tech parts, mainly in 2k/3k, stack moulds and moulds suitable for duo presses. We also produce rotary tables in order to satisfy our customers' needs.
The mould manufacturing starts with a carefull design by our experienced technical team, than its construction takes place in our tool shop thanks to state-of-the-art machines and finally the try out is carried out in our moulding department.
Our machinery is made up of 3 and 5 axes CNC milling machines, also with pallets, EDM, wire EDM, laser welding and drilling holes machines.
Furthermore, in our modern moulding department, made up of 15 injection machines, our skilled staff, young and motivated, performe quick and accurate productions for technical bi/tri material parts.
Nowadays, CS PLASTIC, thanks to its constant efforts and deep know-how, has clients from many different sectors, such as: automative, appliance, lighting, packaging, houseware and medical.
