License Plate Holder Tool; Automotive Mucell Tool; 2K Tool; Multi-cavity Tool; Industry Pallet Tool
1:The tool was built with steel 1.2343ESU for OEM JLR, Grain and quick clamping system implemented before relocation, Efficient cooling considered especially for the deformation areas, Tool DAP to European client`s plant.
2:It is a tool with Mucell technology to light the weight for BMW Armrest carrier, For the project we provided CHF and Robot Fixture as well.
3:It is a 2K tool for air duct, We built many different 2K tools, Such as Overmoulding, Turntable, Index and Core back.
4:It is a 8 cavities tool with steel 1.2083, Hot runner gate on part directly, We also can provide high-cavity tool such as 64~128 cavities with high-precision manufacturing.
5:It is one cavity tool but for 8 variants, And all the changes can be done in the IMM, Change jig provided as well considering safety change, Critical area built with beryllium copper.
