New flexible console for die and mold changes
With a new console, ROEMHELD facilitates die and mold changes on injection moulding machines. It is mechanically driven, movable and variable in height so that it can be used flexibly on different machines.
The console can be moved to the desired machine using roller feet, and the storage surface is raised to the correct height using a lifting column. There it is hooked in via a docking system and secured against unwanted movement.
The mold can then be moved sideways from a transport cart onto the support console. For this purpose, a circulating chain is hooked in, which moves the mold via a hand crank permanently installed on the console, first onto the storage surface and from there further into the system.
The new die changing console makes it easier to transport and change heavy loads between different storage and production locations. It is available in numerous variants and for all die dimensions and weights. In addition to standardized consoles, ROEMHELD designs custom-made special versions for almost all requirements on request.
