Trade fair highlight 19. September 2024

With regard to our latest product developments and services, we are pleased to present the following innovations:

We are a specialised extrusion company and manufacture customised profiles, tubes and hoses. Our focus is on providing our customers with intensive support in the development of their products. We ensure that the profiles are designed for the extrusion process in order to optimise production.

One current project involves the development of a complex, thick-walled geometry. Several 3D-printed prototypes were created and tested to ensure that the functionality of the design met the requirements.

In addition, we supported the customer in the selection and development of an innovative raw material: a recycled PET reinforced with glass fibres. This material comes from post-consumer recycling and not only fulfils high technical requirements, but also actively contributes to environmentally friendly construction.

In the end, we were able to develop four different profiles that make a sustainable contribution to the construction industry.
