At this year's Fakuma, Kistler is sending a clear signal for the next stage in quality assurance for medical technology: moving away from sample-based release toward complete, auditable quality evidence for every single component. This Real-Time Release Testing is made possible by the interplay of three solutions: the new AI-powered ComoNeo generation uses the PREDICT feature to evaluate every part model-based and in real time, directly within the process. The Optimize software shows for the first time how the underlying prediction models can be validated for use in regulated production environments. And AkvisIO documents the results per cycle and cavity seamlessly and in an audit-ready format for batch release.
