High-Efficiency Molding Solutions for the Food and Medical Sectors
At FAKUMA 2026 (Hall A3, Booth A3-3103), Negri Bossi, alongside Nissei Plastic and Sytrama, will showcase two next-generation injection molding machines, paired with robotic solutions and complete turnkey applications. These systems are fully prepared for smart factory requirements and designed to reduce environmental impact while optimizing molding processes.
The exhibit will feature the NOVA5e110T H1540 (1080 kN) full-electric injection molding machine, equipped with a Sytrama S8 Robot and dedicated to liquid silicone rubber (LSR) molding. Together with partners like EWIKON, Binks Reinhardt-Technik, and Ravizza Packaging, Negri Bossi is developing a fully automated production cell for manufacturing and packaging food-grade muffin molds. Tailored for LSR applications, the system delivers high process stability, short cycle times, and cost-efficient series production while ensuring top product quality.
For medical technology, Negri Bossi will present the NOVA5e220T-H820 (2160 kN) equipped with a laminar flow box for producing resealable single-dose medical vials. Advanced mold and hot runner technology, combined with digital process monitoring, guarantee exceptional precision, consistent part quality, and adherence to strict regulatory standards. A compact Sytrama rotary robot enhances the production cell by reducing cycle times and, with its cleanroom-compatible design, meets the demands of medical applications. Integrated thermal management and precise process control further ensure consistently high-quality manufacturing and reliable production of complex medical devices.
Additionally, Negri Bossi will highlight conveying technology from MB Conveyors, material drying and dosing systems from Piovan, and hardware and software solutions from INNOVO, all aimed at optimizing production processes and boosting manufacturing efficiency.
