This year we are presenting the latest developments that make our magnetic clamping solutions even more complete, intelligent and efficient.
IRO is the new magnetic clamping system for the M-Tecs P range, featuring a fully metallic surface. Designed for demanding plastics applications, it combines robust construction, precision and easy integration to deliver reliable and efficient mould changes.
MTC is our new compact and modular control unit for magnetic systems. It manages magnetization and demagnetization, monitors signals from the magnetic platens and communicates directly with the press.
FES is the optional force monitoring function that can be integrated into MTC, adding an additional level of process control and allowing the system to be configured according to the specific application.
Together with our advanced service solutions, these technologies create a complete offer that goes far beyond magnetic clamping alone. Technology, control, monitoring and support come together to make production more efficient, reliable and easier to manage.
