More InformationAt FAKUMA 2026, Indus Integrated Bulk Logistics will showcase the newest addition to its portfolio for the first time: the TUNGA 25KG Debagging Machine. Designed to automate the emptying of 25 kg bags into big bags, TUNGA helps plastics processors reduce manual handling, save labor and improve workplace ergonomics.
Emptying large quantities of 25 kg bags is still a labor-intensive process for many manufacturers. Repetitive lifting, cutting and emptying requires valuable operator time and places considerable physical strain on employees.
TUNGA automates this process. Pallets with 25 kg bags are placed inside the machine, after which the bags are automatically picked up, opened and emptied into a big bag. Empty packaging is collected separately, creating an efficient and controlled material flow.
With a processing capacity of up to 2.5 tonnes per hour, TUNGA can significantly reduce the labor required for repacking operations. The system automatically handles different pallet configurations and bag sizes, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.
For operations processing approximately 200 to 10,000 pallets per year, automation can deliver substantial savings. Depending on volumes and application, TUNGA can achieve a return on investment of less than one year.
With TUNGA, Indus expands its portfolio with a solution that connects 25 kg bag handling with efficient big bag logistics.
