Our fully automated metal insert handling provides the foundation for high-precision hybrid components. Up to two different metal inserts can be automatically separated, precisely oriented and positioned in the injection mold by a 6-axis robot.
The result: reproducible processes, short cycle times and durable plastic-metal connections made from thermoplastics or TPE – reliable and cost-effective, even for high-volume production.
