HACK®varioturnstack® combines index plate and cube technology. Servo-electrically driven, high-precision turning units in one or two vertical rows allow versatile applications up to the assembly of two plastic parts in the mold and additional possibilities such as process-integrated cooling, removal or further assembly steps.

The low rotating masses of the rotary units allow rapid rotation times with minimal wear and optimal cooling.
This technology also combines flexibility in the choice of injection points for the shortest cycle times with the best product quality.




HACK® multicavity molds impress with the highest output quantity with maximum availability and the shortest possible cycle time. Tailored to the needs of the customer, we guarantee interchangeability of components or component groups with the shortest changeover times.

Maximum production precision enables the smallest differences within the cavities to be realized, whereby the thermal characteristics of the entire mold are adapted to the respective application.
