The iSONIC ECO CUBE combines the control of different ultrasonic systems for plastics and metals in one compact, mobile device. Based on the multi-use principle, it enables flexible use of different applications via one standardized user interface.

The iSONIC ECO CUBE enables a wide range of ultrasonic processes, including welding, splicing, cutting, embossing, embedding and riveting. The integrated generator is available in 20 kHz and 35 kHz versions, with power outputs of up to 3,200 W. This allows ultrasonic technology to be flexibly adapted to different materials and process requirements.

Touchscreen operation, automatic system detection, as well as real-time process data and machine status information ensure intuitive operation and high process transparency. Individual programs can be created, and the system can be expanded to include additional applications.

Economic and sustainable through multi-use
One control unit for different ultrasonic systems reduces the need for additional hardware and enables one device to be used for multiple processes. This helps reduce investment and training requirements while making it easier to switch flexibly between different applications.
