Our client manufactures adhesives, coatings and lamination technologies for flexible packaging. You will grow its business across Italy by developing existing accounts and winning new customers among converters and packaging manufacturers.

Through customer visits and technical advice, you will support product trials and applications, negotiate agreements and manage forecasts and margins. You will track market trends, work with Commercial, Technical and R&D teams on customer needs, and represent the company at industry events.

You have a degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or a related field and sales experience in flexible packaging. Experience with adhesives, coatings or lamination is ideal; backgrounds in inks, films, converting or laminating machinery are also welcome. You combine technical knowledge with commercial, presentation and negotiation skills, speak fluent Italian and English, and can travel across Italy.
