You will prospect, develop strategic accounts and lead consultative sales from first contact to implementation. With technical and commercial colleagues, you will demonstrate the value of RJG’s solutions, build a pipeline and shape regional growth plans. The role involves regular European travel and offers progression into commercial leadership.

You have a record of winning business in injection moulding machinery, process control, automation, materials or related manufacturing solutions. You understand complex technical sales and can engage production, engineering and senior management teams. Strong CRM discipline, fluent German and English, and willingness to travel extensively are essential.
