Our client makes composite materials for civil engineering and construction. Based in the UAE, you will grow sales across infrastructure, oil and gas, landscaping and geotechnical applications, possibly in nearby markets.

You will identify projects, build relationships with consultants, contractors, authorities and distributors, and manage opportunities from specification and tender to contract. You will present solutions, prepare proposals, track market developments and work with internal teams on customer needs.

You have a bachelor’s degree, ideally in engineering or civil engineering, and 10–15 years’ technical sales experience in specialist construction materials. An established UAE network, success in project and distributor sales, knowledge of tenders and procurement, and strong presentation and negotiation skills are essential. Experience in composites or geosynthetics is an advantage. A valid UAE driving licence is required.
