» Independent management of production processes, design and support
of measures to increase efficiency and reduce costs
» Responsibility for sampling, tool changes and series production
» Leadership, promotion and development of employees
» Ensuring quality, productivity and delivery reliability
» Production planning and capacity control
» Optimization of production processes with lean management and CIP
» Collaboration on investment projects, customer projects and automation
» Responsibility for occupational safety and order
» Reporting (planning, control, deviation analyses)
» Close cooperation with all relevant areas of the company

You are an entrepreneurially minded leader with a technical background and ideally have the following prerequisites:

» Basic technical training as well as further training as a technician, process specialist or engineer in injection moulding
» Many years of experience as a production or shift manager in the field of plastics technology / serial production
» Experience with ERP systems
» Basic knowledge of lean management, 5S and CIP
» Basic knowledge of the QA management system IATF
» Language skills: German or English, ideally Slovak or Czech skills
