Recycling of plastics is becoming more and more important. The use of recycled material leads to high dust contents in the material to be processed, which can cause problems and is mostly undesirable.
Material separators from qip as part of a central material conveying system allow a reduction of the dust content in the range of 85 to 95 percent and represent a cost-effective alternative to complex and expensive dust removal systems.
The stand-alone conveying station allows the application without the need for a central conveying system. The operation of up to four material separators as a one- or two-component conveying device with dedusting function and alarm directly at the separator is possible.
The system is equipped with the QC-controller with touch operation and colored display used by qip as standard in its systems, as well as the communication option via OPC-UA, ModbusTCP, web client, etc.
Vacuum monitoring and a central dust separator for easy disposal of the accumulated dust are also part of the stand-alone conveying station as well as a vacuum pump dimensioned according to local requirements.
