Decontamination station
Matsui presents the solution desk with a decontamination station that removes all foreign bodies from both virgin and regranulate. All these special items allow to be installed in the material line, both newly created and retro-fitted.

This cyclon filter offers a new design that efficiently removes dust and fine powders from the material itself, thanks to its conception: the material flow can blend both the vacuum and the material pathways.
- Magic Catch
This powerful item uses a 7000 (Magnet Stick) or 13000 (Magic Catch) gauss magnetic field to attract any ferrous metal particles in environments up to 120°C. It is available in different shapes and specs, in order to optimally adapt to the peculiarities of any material line.
- Static Eliminator
This article helps eliminating electrical static in the material-feed hoses for plastic pellets, avoiding that the material remains stuck. The ion-generator neutralizes the positive charges within the hosing and its performance can be easily regulated by the + and - dials on the controller.
