JCGB2: Gravimetric blender
The new JCGB2 features an internal valve with a unique shape, coupled with a blending ratio correction function, in order to achieve highly accurate material blending. It can measure amounts even smaller than 15 g of material.
The valve moves up and down during operation, transferring the material to the IMM: the slanted shape reduces the jamming risk, and this tool is equipped to correct and adjust the supply of each material based on the actual feeding amount.
This blender can be installed directly on the IMM, so to avoid the material undergoing a second transportation and risking separate into layers.
The 4 hoppers allow to blend together different types of materials. Furthermore, before changing materials, they are very easy to remove and clean: it´s not necessary to use any tools.
The machine´s operation panel can store up to 500 batches of weighing values, timing, and alarm history.
