The new WT4 temperature control unit Robust - compact - energy-efficient
The new WT4 temperature control unit from the Hochdorf-based SINGLE Group will be unveiled at Fakuma 2024 in Friedrichshafen. The WT4 series is characterized by its compactness, robustness and high energy efficiency. With a focus on sustainability and a flow-optimized design that reduces pressure losses, the device minimizes energy consumption. Improved thermal insulation extends the service life of the components.
The tubular heating element made of Incoloy and corrosion-resistant components underline the durability of the series. The appliance offers smart temperature control thanks to intelligent controllers and impresses with a wide range of standard features and options. The WT4 series is available in two motor variants (0.66 kW and 1.00 kW) and offers heating capacities of 0/9/18/24 kW. With a cooling capacity of 80 kW, it outperforms many other appliances in its class.
The pump of the 0.66 kW version delivers 54 l/min at 3.8 bar, while the 1.00 kW version achieves 66 l/min at 5.2 bar. The flow-optimized design ensures a higher delivery volume with the same motor power. The compact dimensions are 739 x 284 x 774 mm, with a weight of around 90 kg, depending on the equipment.
Process reliability is ensured by features such as level monitoring and optional flow measurement. Strainers, filters and temperature sensors also ensure stability and operational safety. The control cabinet is equipped with protection class IP54. The WT4 series is ergonomically designed and enables easy maintenance thanks to its modular structure.
