Unlike alternative methods, where contact elements are directly inserted into the injection mold, the stitching process allows for the mechanical assembly and press-fit of contact elements after the injection molding process.

Our innovation eliminates the need for complex mechanical components and relies on a purely servomotor-driven solution. By using multiple motors coupled via software as a "virtual cam," we offer a lean, low-maintenance, and highly flexible solution.
