The SR compact thread unscrewing unit is the more precise and economical alternative to conventional thread demoulding techniques and combines all the advantages of previously available products, including accessories and attachment variants, in a closed assembly.
On request, the compact unscrewing unit offers integrated active core cooling and improved sensor technology, which are housed in a compact and protected design. This guarantees a high degree of safety, as no open gear wheels are exposed. The new sensor connection enables the end positions to be set easily, allowing the core holder to be moved gently towards the fixed stop. This results in a significant reduction in the cooling time, which again significantly reduces cycle times compared to the uncooled standard version and therefore contributes to a reduction in production costs.
The thread unscrewing unit is currently available in the various designs of single, double, quadruple or eightfold angled unscrewing unit. The double and quadruple unscrewing units are particularly suitable when several internal threads are to be demoulded simultaneously in the same plane, direction and pitch. These units are available in various centre distances to meet individual requirements.
