High performance in a small space with Raptor DUO
One of the highlights at the fair is the Raptor DUO plastic shredder. The two-stage shredding system is suitable for various applications. The new, optimized version combines a shredder and a granulator in one system. The major advantage is a reduced along with high performance for different applications. Raptor DUO is designed for use in the plastics industry and is suitable for shredding both bulky and thick-walled, heavy parts.
Another advantage of the Raptor DUO systems is their user-friendly, “open-hearted” design, which only Rapid Granulator offers in this form. Thanks to the clever design, quick, easy and complete access to the “heart” of the system, the grinding chamber housing, is possible.
A compact all-rounder
The compact, high-performance knife cutting granulator of the Rapid 150 series is primarily suitable for recycling sprues and small scrap parts. With a new screw feeder, a very low design is possible. This is very advantageous because the machine is usually placed directly below the injection molding machine. It doesn't matter whether the materials are soft, hard or even abrasive. Another special feature is optional water cooling for processing materials with high temperatures. This means that heat-sensitive plastics can also be easily shredded.
Recycling in a whisper
The Rapid OneCUT PRO series is an efficient slow speed granulator, resulting in less dust, less noise and significantly less energy consumption in EnergySMART mode. It delivers the best quality regrind thanks to the unique Rapid FlexiSPEED technology. This allows the cutting speed to be adapted to the material properties. It can also be optionally equipped with a metal detector.
