Bioplastic Raw Materials
Biolive is the world's first company to produce 100% bio-based plastic raw materials from olive pits. We support 11 out of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals and have a production capacity of 800 tons per month at our facility in Istanbul.
We offer our bio-based product compounded with virgin and/or recycled plastic at the ratio you require (up to 80%). You can use our product in injection molding processes without making any changes to your existing equipment. While synthetic leather can be produced with up to 97% bio-based raw materials, injection molded plastic products can be made with up to 70% bio-based plastic raw materials. We have certifications such as USDA, DIN CERTCO, Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), etc.
Our product range is quite extensive. We have developed various products from food packaging to cosmetics, home appliances to technological devices, automotive parts to logistics (box/pallet) products. The solutions our raw materials can offer you include:
