Vacuum Dedusting Device
Dedusting units from qip are stand-alone devices with a vacuum motor and are designed to remove a high proportion of dust from the material during the conveying process. The dust is separated in an included bin and can be then properly disposed through the easily removable lower part.
Operation is intuitive and simple. The conveying process is of course monitored and an alarm is triggered if no material transport is detected after several conveying cycles.
Depending on the degree of dedusting, a material throughput of up to 120 kg/h is possible.
Especially when processing recycled material, these devices can be used to remove a very high percentage of dust in case it is not desired in the production process. The devices represent a simple and cost-effective alternative to complex dedusting systems.
