Universal CAD/CAM Software Complete Solution
At FAKUMA 2024 (Friedrichshafen, October 15 to 19, 2024, Hall B2 - Stand B2-2206), the German software manufacturer SCHOTT SYSTEME GmbH is presenting the latest version 3.10 of its Pictures by PC CAD/CAM software.
SCHOTT SYSTEME GmbH is a company specializing in CAD/CAM, computer graphics and production IT that has been developing modular, cost-effective software solutions for design, construction and manufacturing for 40 years.
The CAD-CAM software "Pictures by PC" with all its components supports the entire development process from the design idea to the product.
The software includes, among other things, 2D/3D CAD construction, 2D/3D design with hybrid 3D modelling (surface, volume mesh), technical documentation, rendering and animation. All design tasks from simple 2D geometry to complex 3D mould and tooling construction are perfectly solved with Pictures by PC CAD.
The CAM standard package includes 2.5D and 3D milling/drilling, engraving, 3+2-axis milling (pre-positioned) and HSC techniques (high-speed cutting). Additional technology modules enable 5-axis simultaneous milling, turning, turn-milling and wire erosion.
