The SWP 06 friction welding machine is a modern system designed using advanced technologies (3D CAD and CNC) to weld thermoplastic materials, especially those with circular shapes. The process generates heat through the rotation of one part against another combined with applied pressure, making assembly simple and efficient.

The machine features a robust structure, a brushless motor, and a high-precision pneumatic movement system. It offers great flexibility thanks to adjustable parameters such as pressure, speed, and welding settings, allowing it to adapt to various production needs.

Control is managed by a touchscreen microprocessor, which enables operation based on time or displacement (with high precision), storage of up to 20 welding programs, and adjustment of parameters like pressure, motor speed, and stop angle. It also includes quality control functions, part counting, data export via USB, and a multilingual interface.

Welding joints are simple but essential: they must be properly designed to ensure sealing, allow smooth rotation, and effectively contain the melted material.
