DGM Gravix, high precision blender
The gravimetric batch blender series, DGM Gravix, guarantees the highest levels of dosing precision and complete production flexibility. Its advanced technology and consistent performance have made it an ideal solution that perfectly meets the requirements of plastic processors.
The hopper’s functional design allows the uniform descent of granules and quick material changes.
The range boasts several exclusive features:
- the double-eyelid shutter device ensures extremely precise dosing, thanks to an unbeatable reaction time of just 25 milliseconds;
- the Vibration Immunity System (VIS) uses a special algorithm to overcome the challenge of vibrations, enabling the blender to be installed directly on the processing machine;
- the Rotopulse technology, a patented system by Moretto, is capable of dosing even the master down to a tenth of a gram. The weighing hopper is independent of any mechanism and free from interference factors.
The advanced connectivity, with Ethernet and RS485 port for Modbus protocol and OPC UA connection as well as the built-in compatibility with the Mowis supervision system, fully developed by Moretto, make the DGM Gravix blenders complete tools ready for the dynamic challenges of the modern plastics industry.
The range has recently been expanded to include the DGM Gravix 20 and 50 models, which are specifically designed for microdosing applications with productions rate of up to 60 kg/h.
