In the plastics industry, proper material-machine matching is essential to ensure efficiency, finished product quality, operational safety, and waste reduction. Delphy is the manual manifold designed to meet advanced standards of reliability and modularity, and to ensure rapid matching of materials, safely supporting the frequent changes typical of modern systems.
Delphy incorporates an RFID recognition system that enables real-time control of each connection. This prevents the transport cycle from starting if source-to-destination connection is incorrect.

Each unit is equipped with flashing colour LEDs, that assist the operator with configuration:
- Green LED, correct connection
- Red LED, incorrect connection
- Blue LED, free outlets correctly closed

Thanks to Moretto’s “AR” quick connections, RFID technology can be retrofitted onto existing manual manifolds. When combined with the Mowis supervision system, Delphy guarantees material traceability in accordance with quality standards and process documentation (certification). In addition to Mowis, a PLC control can be connected to enable remote operation of the manual manifold.
