Founded in 2007, HSP Mould is a leading manufacturer of precision plastic injection moulds and injection molding solutions. Our 30,000㎡ manufacturing facility in Shenzhen, China, has an annual capacity of 400–500 moulds, depending on tool size.
Certified to ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 13485:2016, HSP serves customers in the automotive, medical, home appliance, electronics and industrial sectors. We provide one-stop services covering product design support, DFM analysis, mould design, tooling, injection molding, assembly and technical support.
Our engineering team includes 40 mould designers and experienced project engineers, supported by advanced CNC, EDM and high-speed machining equipment, as well as 40 injection molding machines capable of producing complex 2K and 3K components.
To better support our global customers, HSP has after-sales service offices in Germany, France, the USA and Canada. Today, 70% of our business comes from Europe and North America, reflecting our commitment to quality, fast communication and long-term partnerships.
