Integrated Additive Solutions: Light Stabilizers, Flame Retardants and Intermediates
At our booth, Shandong Polytai New Material Co., Ltd. presents an expanded portfolio of high-performance additives for the plastics industry: hindered amine light stabilizers (HALS), halogen-free flame retardants and key chemical intermediates.
POLYTAI’s portfolio includes HALS 944, 622, 783, 119 and 770, Polymerization Inhibitor 701, and the key intermediates TAA and TMP. These products help provide long-term protection against UV exposure and ageing in applications including polyolefins, engineering plastics, films, fibers, coatings and adhesives.
We also present halogen-free phosphorus-based flame retardants, including TPFR 692 / BDP (CAS No. 5945-33-5; Bisphenol A bis(diphenyl phosphate)). BDP combines low volatility, good hydrolytic stability and high thermal stability. It is particularly suitable for PC/ABS, mPPO, epoxy resins and other engineering plastics requiring high processing temperatures.
