Halogen-free Flame Retardants and Solutions
Founded in 1997, Xusen is one of China’s earliest and largest halogen-free flame retardant manufacturers, with nearly 30 years of expertise in eco-friendly halogen-free flame retardant (HFFR) R&D and production. We offer full-spectrum flame retardants (FRs), tailored solutions, high-performance masterbatches, and a wide range of synergists & functional additives.
Our two production bases deliver a total annual capacity of 50,000 metric tons, while six professional labs cover the full innovation chain — from lab synthesis and pilot production to standardized tests for flame retardancy, mechanical, electrical and aging performances.
As one of China’s largest MCA producers, our products are RoHS compliant. We hold TFS membership, Ecovadis sustainability certification, and ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 accreditations. Our core portfolio includes REACH-registered MCA and high-polymerization APP II, plus PAPP under REACH pre-registration. We develop custom HFFR systems for polyolefins and composites, supported by self-developed synergists and other functional additives such as anti-dripping agents and lubricants.
