REA LASER ExtruMark 200 – Flexible Inline Laser Marking for Extruded Plastic Pipes
The REA LASER ExtruMark 200 is mounted on casters and can be moved wherever it is needed for immediate marking of freshly extruded parts, following a simple “plug-and-play” principle. Its scalable design enables the marking of pipes and profiles with diameters ranging from 5 to 200 millimeters.
The products are guided through the safely enclosed Class 1 laser cabinet, where focused laser light applies key information by engraving or color change. This can include material specifications, application instructions, batch numbers, logos, and 2D codes.
