COLLIN presents P 2.0 series - for renewable raw materials

"We have used the last few months intensively for the development of innovations, built various lines for medical applications and also extensively revised our compounder series", says DI Dr. Friedrich Kastner, CEO / Managing Partner of Collin Lab & Pilot Solutions GmbH.

With 25% more torque and thus more power, the new COLLIN compounder series 2.0 convinces across the board with 1,200 revolutions per minute and a torque of 13 Nm / cm3, this also enables the processing of highly viscous or highly filled materials.

The compounder series is available in a process length of 36 D to 60 D, multiple side feeders with gravimetric or volumetric dosing are possible.

It is also advantageous that the screw can be pulled out of the machine for cleaning easily and in a space-saving manner - without having to change the position of the compounder.

With the intelligent, forward-looking COLLIN CMI 17 controller, we also offer a new, intelligent feature here as an option: Interchangeable cylinder elements with coded plugs can be arranged in almost any order on the distribution gearbox, since the controller recognizes the respective function via the coding, ”explains DI Dr. Kastner.

"We are committed to renewable raw materials. We have already carried out several successful tests with renewable raw materials. Further test series are running successfully and promise a change in industry", Corné Verstraten, CSO / Sales Director.
