Efficiency and Sustainability from a Single Source

By intelligently integrating industrial building, water and process engineering systems, the ONI Group develops highly efficient and sustainable turnkey solutions.
As a full-service provider, ONI supports its customers throughout the entire value chain – from concept development and engineering to the turnkey handover of the completed plant.

ONI’s particular strength lies not only in providing individual disciplines such as refrigeration technology, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), cleanroom technology, process temperature control, compressed air generation and water treatment. The key is the systematic integration of these technologies into energy-efficient, cost-effective and sustainable overall systems.

ONI relies on highly efficient system components such as variable-speed pumps and EC fans, uses natural refrigerants, integrates energy storage solutions and makes efficient use of process waste heat for heating purposes.
For the treatment of make-up and process water, ONI employs a proprietary technology. This technology reduces the introduction of pollutants by up to 99%, lowers water consumption by approximately 45% compared to conventional systems and prevents bacterial growth in the cooling circuit – without the use of environmentally harmful chemicals.

Already during the concept phase, ONI works closely with its customers to identify potential energy savings, provides advice on available funding opportunities, supports the application process for public grants and offers suitable financing solutions.

Even after plant commissioning, ONI continues to support its customers with cooling water treatment and maintenance services as well as a 24/7 service, helping to ensure the long-term value retention and economical operation of the systems.

To respond to technical failures or temporary capacity shortages, ONI maintains a fleet of more than 130 rental and temporary chiller units, minimizing downtime and operational disruptions.
