3DCERAM 3D-Printers

With their special technology, 3DCERAM's 3D printers enable 3D printed parts to be made from ceramics. Ceramic parts offer high strength, high dimensional stability, low density, high resistance to abrasion as well as corrosion and unique chemical stability for the industry. Currently, ceramics can be printed on our 3D printers C100 EASY FAB, C100 EASY LAB, C900 FLEX, C900 HYBRID and C3600 ULTIMATE from 3DCERAM. At present, 3DMix pastes made of zirconia, zirconia 8Y, alumina, HPA, ZTA (zirconia hardened alumina), silicon nitride Si3N4, silicon dioxide SiO2 and cordierite can be used as materials for printing ceramic parts.

Artec 3D 3D-Scanners

The 3D scanner fleet from our manufacturer Artec 3D offers a wide selection of 3D scanners that can capture objects ranging from small, detailed pieces of jewelry to airplanes or even buildings. Currently, the 3D scanners Artec Micro, Artec Space Spider, Artec Eva, Artec Eva Lite, Artec Leo and Artec Ray are available.

A single click is all it takes for the Artec Micro 3D scanner to scan the smallest objects with the highest accuracy. The 3D scanner images even the most complicated surfaces in the best quality.

The portable and easy-to-use Artec Space Spider also makes it possible to perfectly image small objects such as coins with its blue light technology. Space Spiders’ speed during the scanning process and its target-free usability are particularly impressive.

Artec Eva offers the following advantages when scanning medium-sized objects, such as furniture: low effort, fast scanning and high-quality results! With white light technology, Artec Eva even scans in color.

The built-in touchscreen of the professional 3D scanner Artec Leo allows direct inspection of the resulting 3D model during the scan-process of medium to large objects. Artec Leo thus guarantees an improved workflow from data acquisition and data transfer to data processing.

The long-range 3D scanner Artec Ray has an enormous range of 100 meters, which enables the scanning og very large objects such as wind turbines or airplanes. Besides its capability to image large objects, the advantages of the 3D scanner are its uncomplicated data acquisition, which shortens post-processing time, its sub-millimeter precision and its angular accuracy with the lowest noise.

Markforged X7 3D-Printer

Markforged’s X7 3D printer is designed to reliably fulfill the most demanding project requirements. The robust and high-quality industry-standard printing platform's printed parts outshine even machined aluminum parts while producing 50 times faster and 20 times cheaper. The printed parts are typically made of Onyx, Onyx FR, Onyx ESD or Nylon White materials, which can be additionally reinforced with Carbon Fiber CFF™, Glass Fiber CFF™ and High Strength High Temperature (HSHT) CFF™ materials for optimized results. During the printing process, an integrated laser checks the accuracy of the print, ensuring that the parts have a consistently high quality. The Markforged X7 3D printer can be used to produce equipment, tooling and functional parts.

Markforged Mark Two 3D-Printer

Markforged’s Mark Two 3D printer delivers industrial-quality parts at a fair price. A variety of materials can be printed on the innovative machine. These include onyx, nylon, carbon fiber, aramid fiber (Kevlar®) and HSHT fiberglass. Furthermore, the possible fiber reinforcement allows parts from the 3D printer to even outperform machined aluminum parts. Therefore, printed parts offer unparalleled strength, stiffness and durability. Markforged’s Mark Two was designed to be as easy and user-friendly to operate and maintain as possible. Formlabs Form 3 and Form 3L 3D-Printers

Formlabs’ Form 3 3D printer is a leader in the field of resin-based 3D printing with Low Force Stereolithography (LFS) technology. The high-performance 3D printer excels at producing industrial-quality parts at an affordable price, while enabling companies to save time and increase flexibility by producing in-house. To guarantee consistent print quality, the Formlabs Form 3 is equipped with a special laser. The machine can also process over 20 different materials.

Since the Form 3's build volume of 14.5 × 14.5 × 18.5 cm is more suitable for medium-sized parts, Formlabs has developed a larger version of the 3D printer. With a production volume of 33.5 × 20 × 30 cm, the Formlabs Form 3L offers a large-format alternative to the Form 3. Users benefit primarily from a short turnaround time, large industrial-quality parts and a low price.

Formlabs Fuse 1 3D-Printer

With Formlabs Fuse 1, Formlabs has developed a cost-effective SLS 3D printer for industrial services in your company. It can be used to efficiently produce products, such as prototypes, from nylon powder. Low acquisition costs of the 3D printer and its materials, as well as efficient recycling of used nylon powders, characterize the Fuse 1's compact, reliable system. This also allows users to reliably produce components around the clock without monitoring. There are no waiting times, which usually occur with conventional production orders to service providers.

Another feature of the Formlabs Fuse 1 is the large touchscreen display, which helps users to monitor the printing progress live and measure its accuracy in real time. Automated sensors are also used to directly detect, track and evaluate print defects. The Formlabs Fuse 1 has been designed to be extremely user-friendly, making it possible for even novice operators to work with minimized manual intervention. Much of the workflow, such as part extraction, but also powder storage, dosing and mixing, is performed with Fuse Sift, the efficient powder recovery system. This results in smooth processes. The external vacuum of Class II Division 2 brings an additional improvement to the workflow. The Fuse Sift's safety screen is used to initiate and control the vacuum.
